15/12/2005. PDL have intoroduced a variable speed drive for 3 phase asynchronous motors from 0.37 through to 500Kw. With this new generation of drives, the combined expertise and knowhow of PDL Electronics and Schneider Electric within the variable speed drive domain is truly highlighted. Exceptional performance, advanced functions while keeping an emphasis on simplicity.
The range is:
.75 to 500kW 3 phase 380v - 480v
.75 to 75kW 3 phase 200v - 240v
Intergrated EMC level A filters with remarkable performance of up to 200% overtourque, flux vector control with or without sensor for asynchronous motors, on-line auto tuning,speed or tourque control, output frequency up to 1000Hz and also with expandable capabilities such as input / output extension cards, encoder interface cards, communication cards and all of this with safety and protection at All levels... of the motor, of the machine, of the environment and of the drive.
These units are simple to commission which means the Altivar is suitable for all applications.
