15/01/07 Actively continuing its strategy of growth through targeted acquisitions, Legrand has announced the acquisition of HPM in New Zealand and Australia.
This acquisition will substantially build on the presence of Legrand in Australia and New Zealand where the company has been since 1989 and adds to the growing footprint of Legrand in the broader Asian market.
